I made Sloppy Joe’s with ground turkey once. It was disgusting and I threw it in the trash after one bite. The one bite probably went in the trash too but I can’t remember. I was very upset because I went through the trouble of a making dinner that I thought would be tasty and healthy but it was awful. I never bought ground turkey again. I never will.

    I can dig it, but I found that not all ground turkey is made the same. For me it’s a texture thing, so when you find one that fits stick with it. It’s very lean with more protein and can take on the flavors of your seasonings. Good luck
