Do you believe in soulmates? Why or why not?
No. Not if you mean the romantic notion about couples. There are just a bunch of people walking around with opportunities to meet.  Any two adults can decide to be a couple.  Any two people can stay together with enough compromise. Souls can grow together. It’s a choice.
If souls are eternal they will transcend culture, time and geography. It’s unlikely that soul mates would meet if they exist.
